Unexpectedly GOOD news!!!!
In case you've not seen it, today the media is reporting something positive for 
a change! Citing the US Commerce Department as their info source, several large news agencies are declaring that new home sales rose last month by 2.8%, which would equate to a pace of selling 870,000* homes per year. This is a huge change in the direction in which the real estate market has been flowing for the past 2 months.
(* Real estate analysts were expecting new home sales to drop to approximately 820,000 sales per year.)
